Shipping Information
Orders on in-stock items ship 1 business day from the order date. Custom orders ship 3 - 5 business days from the order date. Orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail based on the total weight of the items. Estimated delivery is within 3 - 7 business days from the order date based on the distance of the delivery address from our facility. Due to the pandemic and holidays, delivery time frames might be delayed 1 - 4 business days by USPS.
Privacy Policy
Bathing Spirits values our customer's privacy and the security of their data. We do not share, trade, or sell our customer's information.
We only use the customer information provided to us to fulfill orders and provide customer service. Your personal information (name, email, phone number, shipping address, and financial information) as provided will only be used as needed to provide my services and complete the transaction.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted on unused, unopened, and undamaged in-stock items within two business days of receiving the package. Sales are final on all custom orders and sale/discounted items.
You must email us at bathingspirits@gmail.com with a picture of your item and your order number to request an RA number for your return. You will be given a return by date.
We must receive an email from you with the order number, RA number, and tracking number by the return date. If we do not receive an email with the information requested by the return date your return will not be accepted. If you are not able to return the package by the return date you must email bathingspirits@gmail.com with your return date extension request for approval.
All packages sent without our RA number or an expired RA number written on them will not be accepted for delivery and returned to the sender. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We advise you to insure your return shipment. We cannot refund items that arrive damaged at our facility or that get lost in transit.
